Chiara and I traveled to Bremerhaven with Abuelo and Abuela. We visited some German cousins we have there. Chiara and I stayed with Frerk, Martina, Janne, and Jelke. Janne is the same age as Chiara so they had a great time playing together. Over the course of just this one weekend, Chiara has learned more German (and showed more interest in German) than she has over the months since we've been here. Having a playmate and hearing everyone else speaking it makes a huge difference!
