Here, Chiara pretends to be a shopkeeper. She also demonstrates her interest in history by mentioning the time when there was no indoor plumbing (or outdoor either).


The Easter Egg Hunt was very wet this year, but still fun.

We also had a good time at the CuentaCuentos (Storytime) Breakfast that we had with our Spanish playgroup.
Elmo was a big hit.


Hanging out at home, and running into friends while out on a walk.

We took a week's vacation in February in the Netherlands. We visited Maastricht, Liege, Belgium on a day-trip, Utrecht, Amsterdam, and Haarlem.
We visited De Adriaan windmill in Haarlem. We got to go up and see how the miller changes the sails.
We also visited the beach. We tried to keep Chiara from getting wet, but she insisted that the water wasn't cold.

Since Saturday Kavita has taken off with walking. She now takes about 10 steps at a time and she's really proud of herself.

The video was edited to cut out people walking in front of the camera. Kavita was standing the entire time until the end, and only about 3 seconds total was cut out.
