For Karneval this year, Chiara wanted to wear something blue. She ended up as a princess. Kavita was Tigger.


We got Chiara a bicycle for Christmas. Here she is learning to ride.


Reading is very popular with both girls. And Chiara can now spend an hour reading to herself! She is also learning to play chess.

It feels ridiculous to post this when we have been having sunny weather with temperatures in the 70's, but that's all part of catching up.

We had a lot of snow this year (for here) and one day we were out when it was really coming down heavily.

Here's the birthday cake Chiara decorated for me. It's supposed to be me inside my mommy's tummy. And one day Chiara got herself all set up to fly an airplane. It was very important that I document her piloting skills.
